TANJA ZAPOLSKI

Tanja is born in a family of musicians and it was natural for her to start playing piano when she was 8 years old. Tanja was already performing Haydns Piano Concerto with orchestra after one year. Love to the music pushed her to continue playing. She began her studies at The Royal Academy of Music as 15-years old, where she studied with Anne Øland and Amalie Malling. Anton Rubinstein Akademi in Germany with Dina Yoffe in 2004. She had her soloist debut from The Royal Academy of Music in 2008. Tanja won a lot of prizes among others Steinway&Sons in 1994, 1995, 1997, 1.prize in Nordic Talent 97, 1.prize in International Competition for Young Performers. Victor Borge Prize 2008.
